Its location was particularly good and magnificent, adjacent to restaurants and stores and several food places and basketball court. I often went to Firehouse Subs to pick up some food.

Plenty of options for good breakfast. Very comfy beds, a safe, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea makers in the room.

Our room at Homewood Suites was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to various attractions in Tyler. Despite a few hiccups, the staff was polite and friendly, making us feel welcomed. The housekeeper was particularly sweet to us. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Particularly good location for our visit to Sylvania Church not very far from the hotel. Large and brand-new room and very comfy bed.

The staff, including housekeeping and breakfast concierge, were genuinely nice and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a hard-working yet happy staff. Good choice of food options at a short distance from the venue. Central heating, television and a microwave in the room and the very comfy bed. A bathtub in the bathroom.
